Ideas For What To Do With The Pet Ashes Of Your Most Faithful Friend

By Robert P. Rexford

When something happens to your most favorite pet, letting go can be a very difficult thing for you to do, but coming up with a good idea of what to do with the pet ashes can help you grieve and honor your little friend at the same time. Putting together your own special pet memorial service will give you a great outlet for all your pain and grief and will give you a way to honor your pet; whether they were a little dog you've had for over a decade or your old house cat that has been in your family for as long as you can remember.

Your family pet may have lived most of their life indoors, always by your side and not every more than a whistle away. Having your most faithful companion living that close to you for so long can make the pain of losing them more awful that most people can imagine, and beautifully designed pet urns give you a way of keeping their remains close to you so that you can always remember them.

Outside pets were full of spirit and loved to roll around and play, often spending a lot of their time in their favorite spot. If you are interested finding cremation urns to bury them in, it would be very nice to bury them in a place where they spent a lot of their time and had the most fun. Wherever you decide to bury your dear friend, you could make it into a lovely pet memorial by planting a lovely rose bush or tree in that very spot.

Some people are really interested in opening the pet urns and spreading the remains over some special place as a way of symbolically releasing their pet into the wild and setting them free. Anyone who really admires this precious thought only needs to take the time to think long and hard about a place that really calls out to them and would be a great place to go anytime they wanted to remember their precious friend.

Since this was your dear sweet friend and you are the one who has to mourn losing them, you should be the person to think of what to do with their pet ashes, whether you find immaculate cremation urns to keep them in or think of a sacred place where you could spread them over the earth. You want to be able to give yourself the kind of closure that can help you get over your loss and honor your lovely friend at the same time, so be sure to choose something along those lines.
